Rebecca A. Poole

Rebecca A. Poole is a Board-Certified Specialist in Family Law who has practiced exclusively in family law for more than 10 years. Rebecca received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Meredith College in 2008 and her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2011. 

Prior to opening her own firm, Rebecca practiced family law at the firms of Ellis Family Law, Vitale Family Law, and Donna Ambler Davis, P.C. Rebecca focuses her practice on all aspects of family law, including, but not limited to, custody, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, mediation, negotiations, and collaborative divorces. Rebecca is also certified as a Parenting Coordinator (PC) by the Center for Cooperative Parenting and serves as a PC in high conflict custody cases.

Rebecca is a Board Member and Co-Secretary for the Center for Cooperative Parenting and has presented at training seminars for those seeking certification as a Parenting Coordinator. She was also selected for inclusion as a "Rising Star" in family law by the publication "North Carolina Super Lawyers" in 2020 and 2021.
